Please note the following: Payment may be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card Payment by credit card is done using this online registration. The total amount based on the selections on the registration form is drawn at the time of registration. Cancellations must be sent by email to VisitAalborg (hbm@aalborg.dk). If a cancellation is received before 1 April, 2010, the registration fee minus an administration charge of DKK 750 will be refunded after the conference. If cancellation is received after 1 April, 2010 and/or the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee has to be paid. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that VisitAalborg Convention is informed of the change, and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.
