Payment by credit card is done using this online registration. The total amount based on the selections on the registration form is drawn at the time of registration. In addition you have to pay a creditcard fee for the selected card type. The fee will be added to the cost of registration.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to VisitAalborg Convention. If a cancellation is received before July 16, 2008, DKK 17,250 (EUR 2,300) will be refunded after the Summer School. If cancellation is received after July 16, 2008, DKK 5,065 (EUR 675) will be refunded. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that VisitAalborg Convention is informed of the change, and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.
