Below you will find information about the registration. To proceed directly to the registration form please click 'next' in the bottom of this page.
We have selected the most convenient and best hotels in advance for you to choose from. When you make reservations through the registration link or through E-mail to VisitAalborg you will benefit from favorable rates.
You will NOT be required to pay for hotel accommodation in advance, and changes in the booking will be accepted until 2 days prior to arrival.
Rooms are booked on a 'first come first served' basis, and we advise you to book your room as soon as possible.
Hotel reservation after registration
In case you have already registered and afterwards wish to make a hotel reservation, please contact us by E-mail and we will help you do so – of course making sure that you benefit from the favorable conference rates.
Please inform us of your choice of hotel, date of arrival and departure, type of room, special requirements, etc. Payments are made directly to the hotel. As soon as we have made your reservation, you will receive an updated confirmation.
Cancellation policy – Conference
Cancellations will be accepted until the 4th of May 2013 against an administration fee of DKK 750 (EUR 100).
After the 4th of May 2013 cancellations cannot be accepted, but substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that VisitAalborg is informed of the change, and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered. If your abstract is not accepted your conference fee can be reimbursed without deduction.
