The conference will be open for registration for scholars without presentation, exhibitors, students, including August 1st 2017.
In collaboration with VisitAalborg, the local organising committee has selected a range of the most convenient and best hotels for you, all within easy walking distance of the conference venue. By booking through the registration link or by e-mail to VisitAalborg, you will benefit from the special conference rates.
Please notice that you will not be required to pay for hotel accommodation in advance and that booking changes will be accepted until 2 days prior to arrival.
Rooms are booked on a first come first served basis and we advise you to book your room as soon as possible.
Hotel reservation after registration
If you wish to make a hotel reservation via VisitAalborg after having registered for the conference, please contact us by email and we will help you to do so, making sure that you still benefit from the special conference rates.
Terms of cancellation:
Cancellations will be accepted until the 1st of May 2017 against an administration fee of DKK 500.
After the 1st of May 2017 cancellations will not be accepted, but substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that VisitAalborg is informed of the change, and that the substitute participant has not previously registered. Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
