Payment by credit card is done using this online registration. The total amount based on the selections on the registration form is drawn at the time of registration.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to VisitAalborg. If a cancellation is received before 10 June, 2011, the registration fee minus an administration charge of DKK 750 (EUR 100) will be refunded after the conference. If cancellation is received after 10 June, 2011 and/or the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee has to be paid. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that VisitAalborg is informed of the change, and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.
