Future Internet Assembly (FIA) (May 10 - 11, 2012): DKK 1.500 / EUR 200 if you register latest April 23, 2012.
After April 23, 2012 the registration fee is DKK 1875 / EUR 250

Future Internet Week: DKK 375 / EUR 50


The registration fee for Future Internet Assembly includes:
- Free access to Future Internet Week on May 7 - 9, 2012

Hotel reservation:
Please note that we as local organizer have picked the most convenient and best hotels in advance for you to choose from. Booking through the registration link or through e-mail to VisitAalborg you will benefit from special rates.

It’s also worth noticing that you will not be required to pay for hotel accommodation in advance, and that changes in the booking will even be accepted until 2 days prior to arrival.

Rooms are booked on a first come first served basis, and we advise you to book your room as soon as possible.

In case you have already registered and afterwards wish to make a hotel reservation, please feel free to contact us by e-mail and we will help you do so – of course making sure that you will still benefit from the special conference rates.

Please inform us of your choice of hotel, date of arrival and departure, type of room, special requirements, etc. Payments are made directly to the hotel. As soon as we have made the reservation for you, we will send you an updated confirmation.
