Welcome to the online registration for EPE 2007.
VisitAalborg Convention has been contracted to handle registration, fee payments and hotel reservation.

All payments should be made in DKK (Danish Kroner) by credit card or bank transfer.
Bank charges incurred have to be covered by the delegate.

Payment by credit card is done using this online registration. The total amount based on the selections on the registration form is drawn at the time of registration.

Hotel capacity has been secured for the appropriate dates and we are pleased to offer the best rates possible. The hotels offered are situated within walking distance of the conference venue (Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre).

Rates and hotel options are offered subject to availability and rooms are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Hotel guarantee and payment:
To place your booking enquiry, please provide your credit card details and we will process your request accordingly. Credit card details will only be used as a guarantee, you are not committing yourself at this early stage. All accounts should be settled directly with the hotel on departure. Accounts may only be invoiced back to your company by prior arrangement with the hotel.

Cancellation policy - Conference
Conference Registrations are binding, but written cancellations are accepted against an administration fee of DKK 750 (100€) until July 31, 2007. After this date no refunds can be offered. Untill August 24th, it is possible to indicate a collegue to replace you, if you are unable to come. This request must be made in writing to VisitAalborg.

Cancellation policy - Hotel bookings
Cancellation of hotel reservation, or change of arrival/departure date, must be made in writing to VisitAalborg 48 hrs. prior to the booked arrival date at the latest. If you cancel your hotel booking after this time, or do not arrive for the first night of your booking, the hotel reserves the right to charge you with the credit card you used to guarantee the room.
